      • Designed and implemented Agile/Scrumban methodologies, establishing Jira workflows and automations that improved transparency, reduced bottlenecks, and increased delivery speed. Standardized coding practices and review processes to strengthen software quality and maintainability.

Relocated to Vietnam and later promoted to lead multi-regional infrastructure programs across Southeast Asia, working with Alibaba Infrastructure Services (AIS) and cross-functional teams in Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, China, and Moscow. Oversaw strategic initiatives that strengthened Lazada Group's infrastructure resilience, ensured platform stability for mega campaigns, and facilitated seamless data center transitions within the Alibaba ecosystem.

  • Regional Leadership: Directed multi-country infrastructure projects for Lazada Group and LEL/LEX, coordinating with AIS PMO, Technology, Cybersecurity, Legal, and Business units both onsite and online.
  • Data Center Migration & Sunset Project: Led the Lazada Legacy Platform and Data Center Migration Sunset Project, overseeing application and server migrations from AWS and physical servers (Singapore and Hong Kong) to AliCloud (SG1N data centers).
    • Managed project planning, budget approvals, and scheduling with the Lazada Group CTO and AIS PMO.
    • Coordinated physical relocations, IPsec tunnel setups, NAT/gateway configurations, and vendor logistics.
    • Delivered a zero-downtime transition, successfully completed on schedule and within budget.
  • Campaign Infrastructure Management: Handled capacity planning and resource scaling for Lazada's high-traffic regional events (e.g., Black Friday, 11.11, 12.12, and local holiday sales). Collaborated with team leads, incident/911, finance, and business units for infrastructure readiness, deployment, and post-campaign decommissioning.
  • Post-Acquisition Integrations: Supported Daraz and Redmart technology integrations, optimizing their internal and public AliCloud connectivity post-acquisition.
  • Infrastructure Operations & Governance:
    • Oversaw infrastructure and TechHub fiscal year budget forecasting, coordinating with finance, IDC, and network engineering teams; reviewed and approved by Lazada Group CTO and AIS PMO.
    • Acted as key point of contact for Lazada Group and LEL/LEX domain management, SSL certificate renewals, zone record updates, and corporate cloud account management (AWS / AliCloud).
    • Managed license subscriptions, infrastructure inventory, and SG1N spare server allocations across departments.

Hired to spearhead the infrastructure and corporate IT standardization projects for Lazada and LEL/LEX Philippines, managing a 30-member nationwide team (onsite and remote) while coordinating closely with Lazada Group Regional Infrastructure based in Singapore and Vietnam.

I played a key role in establishing Lazada's nationwide infrastructure framework by ensuring compliance with Group standards, local regulations, and operational timelines, delivering results one year ahead of schedule.

Key Responsibilities & Achievements:

  • Infrastructure Standardization: Directed multiple large-scale deployments and upgrades across Lazada's corporate offices and customer service centers (Net Park, Net Lima and Makati CS), main warehouses (Cabuyao, Cebu, Davao, Muntinlupa), and 80 LEX modular hubs nationwide.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Served as the primary point of contact (POC) for all technical deliverables and issues, reporting directly to the Lazada Philippines CEO and COO, and coordinating with Regional Infrastructure, Corporate IT, and Cybersecurity teams.
  • Cross-Team Management: Partnered with system integrators and service providers to deliver end-to-end setups covering networks, telephony, and security infrastructure while ensuring cost efficiency and regulatory compliance.
  • Migration Leadership: Led the Google Workspace to Office365 and Active Directory migration, facilitating smooth adoption through workshops and training sessions for Admin and HR teams across main offices and warehouses.
