Goals and Concerns

• During my early college days, I wanted to continuously challenge myself and grow my skills, so I sought opportunities beyond regular coding challenges
• I needed a centralized platform to document my education, experiences and portfolio to track my progress while maintaining mental sharpness
• I also wanted to establish and build my personal brand as an IT Professional and Educator

Solutions

• I created and maintained a personal website to keep my skills updated, showcase my growth as an Technical Project and Operations Manager, Product Owner, Technical Writer, Full Stack Developer, and a CS/IT Assistant Professor; and reinforce my personal brand
• From HTML and table layouts (which lacked flexibility and modern design), by over time, I upgraded the website to a fully responsive design using modern tools like Bootstrap, ensuring it remained relevant and user-friendly
• This website became an online record of my achievements, serving as both a professional portfolio and a way to track my development journey while establishing my personal identity in the tech space
